【Inclined tube filler】Product introduction of hexagonal honeycomb inclined tube
Hexagonal honeycomb fillers (inclined tube fillers) are made of polypropylene (PP) polyvinyl chloride (PVC) ethylene-propylene copolymer. 

There are two forms of the inclined tube and straight tube in the assembled form.
Inclined pipe features
1. The wet circumference is large and the hydraulic radius is small. 
2. The laminar flow state is good, and the particle sedimentation is not disturbed by the flocculation. 
3. When the length of the inclined pipe is 1 meter, the effective load is designed according to 3-5 tons/ m2 ·hour. V 0 is controlled within the range of 2.5-3.0 mm/s, and the quality of the effluent is good.
4. The honeycomb inclined pipe is used at the water intake. When the pipe length is 2.0 to 3.0 meters, it can be safely operated in high turbidity with a mud sand content of  50-100 kg/ m3.

3. The amount of sludge is small, which reduces the workload of post-treatment such as sludge dewatering.

On-site preparation:

4. After the oblique tube filler is ironed, it will take up a lot of space due to its huge volume, so reserve the stacking site in advance 
Iron operation:

1. Open the packing of the inclined tube packing, place a piece of inclined tube packing flat on the ground, take a piece of inclined tube packing and place it on a piece of packing, check the incision of the inclined tube packing, ensure that the angle of the inclined tube packing is 60°, and it is in a hexagonal honeycomb shape, and the inspection is correct. Then start to iron the bonding point 
2. All the plane joints at both ends of the hexagonal honeycomb should be ironed. The joints of the two planes on both sides should be ironed at more than four points. In the middle of the two inclined tube filler planes, more than four points should be welded to ensure the welding is firm

Straight pipes are mainly used for high-load biological filters, tower biological filters, submerged biological filters (also known as contact oxidation tanks), and microbial carriers of biological turntables for the biochemical treatment of industrial organic wastewater and urban sewage.
